Continuum tasked March with showcasing the company’s leadership in IT service delivery at its milestone annual user conference, Navigate, in a market dominated by ConnectWise, Datto and Autotask. The event would be the launching-off point for Continuum’s groundbreaking security product portfolio, necessitating an impactful media campaign that made waves in the MSP world.

March began by preconditioning the press, positioning Continuum as experts in security issues in the lead-up to Navigate. At the event itself, the team adopted “quality over quantity” approach, and recommended that Continuum launch its security offering at the show itself to create a big splash and news hook for media. The team worked to diversify media opportunities at the event with partner briefings and panels, and secured interest on the security news by pre-pitching the story under embargo in the weeks leading up to Navigate.
