Clothing retailer Lululemon has been the victim of some negative PR this year, but the company’s recent #NoHumbug holiday challenge has put the brand in a new light.

As Lululemon’s blog editor, Kate MacLennan states, “The next six weeks have the potential to be really stressful. We designed the #NoHumbug challenge to help us stay focused on what really matters (like love, laughter and eggnog).”

This 31-day challenge encourages people to tweet and Instagram random acts of kindness, inspiring others to do the same.

Here are a few of my favorites from their suggested challenge list:

  • December 1st – Put a wreath on it. Seriously, get wild and get decorating.
  • December 3rd – Spend a little extra time with your favorite four-legged friend.
  • December 12th – Volunteer
  • December 23rd – Stop texting and start calling
