Overbooked: Favorite Reads from 2019
Last year we kicked off Overbooked, the March Communications book club. Each quarter we selected a hot new release with innovative ideas in tech or marketing and business. After reading, we came together to share takeaways, hash out confusion and draw connections. We started the year with our friend Dave Gerhardt’s Conversational Marketing, were gripped by the Silicon Valley scandal Bad Blood, inspired by Melinda Gates’ The Moment of Lift, and closed out 2019 with Malcolm Gladwell’s Talking to Strangers.
