Just over one year ago, the first widespread lockdowns due to COVID-19 outbreaks went into effect across the US. Over these last 12 months, a lot has happened and changed both on the individual and organizational level. Organizations were forced to shift strategies, workflows, messaging, announcements, and in some instances entire business operations at a second’s notice. The media landscape was inundated and moving quickly, with a hyper focus on the pandemic’s implications.
